Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the driver of a vehicle that struck a marked police vehicle in early February. At approximately 1:45 p.m. on February 2, East Division Patrol officers attempted to stop a vehicle in a parking lot in the 200 block of Victoria Road in Dartmouth.
