INFO:
The CEPR Virtual IO Seminar (VIOS) was created to provide an alternative to IO seminars cancelled due to travel restrictions brought on by the Coronavirus. The long-run goal, however, is to turn it into a permanent platform for sharing the benefits of regular IO seminars. Seminars are balanced between both theoretical and empirical approaches to IO. Presentations last for about 45 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of formal discussion and then 10 minutes of Q&A.

1 April 2026: Emilio Calvano (LUISS and CEPR), Artificial Intelligence, Recommender Systems and Competition.

Discussant: Julian Wright (National University of Singapore)
