Shankar Mishra is now absconding after urinating on an elderly female co-passenger, mid-air /on a November 26, Air India flight, from New York to Delhi. The Delhi police have launched, a manhunt for him. They are seeking, a look-out circular /for the executive as he has /not joined the investigation.
