A passenger on an Air India flight was arrested for allegedly defecating and urinating on the floor of the Mumbai-Delhi flight mid-air. The incident occurred on flight AIC 866 on June 24, police said. The passenger, identified as Ram Singh, was seated at 17F. He defecated, urinated and spat in row 9 of the aircraft, according to the case filed against him. The cabin crew issued a verbal warning to the passenger and isolated him from others when they first noticed the misconduct. The pilot-in-command was also alerted to the situation, and a request for security assistance upon arrival was sent to the company. The act left several passengers agitated.
