The European Union has prepared a list of $84 billion in U.S. imports that could be hit with retaliatory tariffs if President Trump goes ahead with his threatened 30% duty. Economist Vicky Pryce of the CEBR told Reuters the U.S. would likely respond by raising duties again - increasing the economic blow.
