Replying to @lbikell I love this comment because there are so many things I wish I knew about perimenopause and menopause before I got to this stage. I knew so little that I didn’t even know the word perimenopause existed. I want to change that so you are fully aware of the changes that happen in each stage of perimenopause and menopause.
