In a separate bowl, whisk milk with lemon juice to create homemade “buttermilk” and let sit for 5 min. Add remaining wet ingredients and whisk to combine. Pour into dry mixture and stir to combine. Cook on a skillet over medium heat for ~3 mins each side. Serve and enjoy!
