What I eat in a day | Vegan part 28 🥬🥞 So I’m away at the moment so not easy to make sure I stay healthy on the move. Here’s a little breakdown below; 9:00am 🥞 Chocolate Protein Pancakes This was post gym, so really important to get my protein in after working so hard. | 2 cups Blended oats (rolled oats in nutribullet) | 1 Tsp Chia seeds | 1 scoop Protein powder (I went chocolate) | 1 cup any Plant based milk | Plant based yoghurt | All the berries 9:30am ☕️ Black coffee So waking up at 6:45am allows me to leave around 3-4 hours before having my first coffee letting my body regulate itself first. 12:45pm 🥯 Tofu and vegan cheese toasted Bagel | 1 bagel | 200g tofu seasoned with smoked paprika | handful of lettuce | handful of tomatoes | 1 slice vegan cheese | 1u002F4 avocado wu002F Carrot juice (as I’m not at home this was shop bought but super convenient). 3:30pm 🧋 Protein shake on the golf course 7:00pm 🍕 Tomato Pasta wu002F a side of Pizza Full on carb loading, due to me being out on the golf course for so long only having a protein shake I actually didn’t eat for around 5-6 hours but definetly made up for it here. Pasta; | 1 red pepper | 1 green pepper | 200g fusilli pasta | tomato & basil pasta sauce (again I’m away so convenience on this) | 1 slice vegan cheese | 1 tsp pepper | 1 tsp salt Vegan pizza; I’ve topped this with vegan mozzarella, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, olives, sun dried tomatoes and spinach. Dessert not needed after that.
